As I was sitting here thinking about today’s article I thought “what are key terms when someone inquires about warehouse space?” That question led me to today’s feature. Warehouse needs. When we receive calls from a potential clients there are several specific features they are looking for. The first one being docks. How many? Size or weight limit. Can more be built? Along with the docks comes the question of doors. Are there overhead doors, drive-in doors,walk-thru doors? Then we move into clear height.
