As with any business, customer satisfaction is key to a successful business. At CLL that is no different. How does customer service fi in with property management and leasing you ask. Easy, if the tenant isn’t happy the landlord isn’t happy. Leasing warehouse and/or office space is no different then leasing or buying a home. Everything needs to be taken into consideration. Area, square footage, road access and visibility. The client needs someone they can talk to about their requirements and someone to trust that all of their needs are met. The number one cause of losing a sale is the customer walking away unhappy. Each tenant is treated with red carpet courtesy. At CLL our number one goal is to see to it that our client is happy. Because of the long terms of a lease we have to see each other everyday and over many years in some cases making our interaction with each other constant. With that being said the day runs more smoothly if everyone is on the same page. Part of our customer service is the maintenance team stopping by once a month to see if anything needs serviced, an open line of communication, each tenant has the property managers 24 hour contact numbers, and a friendly note to just say hello sometimes.
