This is a common problem as operations expand. Rack and Real Estate can produce enough land; and using your initial build specifications, build to suit your current and future needs. Or if you prefer, you can move into an existing Rack and Real Estate building that suits your current requirements, and modify it at a later date to accommodate changing needs.
DO YOU CURRENTLY HAVE AN EXIT STRATEGY FOR THE END OF YOUR LEASE TERM?
Unlike traditional leases, in which the responsibility for removing equipment falls on the business vacating the property, Rack and Real Estate’s lease termination process is easy and much less costly. Since you leased the equipment from Rack and Real Estate and are not removing it, we will simply reconfigure the system to accommodate the needs of the next tenant.
