CLL Real Estate Group was formed in 2000 by a group of professionals that specialize in warehouse layout and design for distribution facilities across the nation. Our focus was to provide our clients with the right building and material handling system for their specific operation from the beginning.

We are proud to present to our existing and new clients our "Rack and Real Estate" concept. It has been our experience that in many cases the building was often chosen first without much or any consideration to product flow requirements. This often led to the increased labor and material handling equipment costs necessary to accommodate for poor building column spacing, bad door locations, low ceilings, inadequate lighting, and overall warehouse inefficiencies.
